Elise Fellinger Henry has been
cooking professionally since 1994, and in 2003 started Spare Thyme Personal Chef
Service serving Burlington and Camden Counties in Southern New Jersey and the Greater Philadelphia area.
She is a graduate of
The Culinary Business
Academy and of The USPCI, and is a Premier member of The United States
Personal Chef Association. Elise's in-home meal services, personalized
cooking classes, and parties have been featured in The Philadelphia
Inquirer, The Courier Post, and The Burlington County Times, South Jersey Magazine as
well as many of her recipes.
